EXCHANGES & RETURNS
If you for any reason would like to return or replace a purchased item, please contact within 7 days from delivery. Please email support@bridgeandburn.com with order number for authorization and shipping advice.

For a full refund, items must be in their original condition, un-used, with all labels and tags attached. Items bought online and returned by mail will be eligible for full refund. All items returned at Bridge & Burn’s brick and mortar location are eligible for store credit or exchange only.

Swimwear can be returned only if it is unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and hygiene liners attached. We recommend trying on swimwear over underwear as soiled items will not be accepted for return and will be returned to you at your own expense.

Sale items may not be returned for refund. 

All return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless, the item has been damaged before or during delivery or there has been some other mistake by our account.
We cannot and will not take responsibility for items returned to us without us being notified first and/or items that are returned with a shipping alternative where you can not trace the package.
