Returns and Exchanges

We will accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise in new condition, within 21 days of the original order date. Please contact us at support@bridgeandburn.com to confirm return authorization. A restocking fee of $7.00 applies to all returns, which will be deducted from your refund once the return is processed. Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed. 

Full-priced items purchased online are eligible for a refund as long as they are in new condition, unwashed, unworn, and have all labels and tags attached. Returned sale items are eligible for store credit only. All sale items bought using a discount code are final sale.

To make an exchange, return the originally purchased product(s) for a full refund or store credit and place a new order. 

Swimwear may be returned only if it is unworn, in original condition, with all tags and hygiene liners still attached. We recommend trying on swimwear over underwear as soiled items will not be accepted for return and will be returned to you at your own expense.

If merchandise has been damaged before or during delivery, or there has been some other mistake on our account, please contact us at support@bridgeandburn.com with your order number and name.

We will extend our return window to accommodate returns from purchases intended for gifting during the holiday season.

All items purchased at Bridge & Burn’s brick and mortar locations are eligible for store credit or exchange only.
