Returns and Exchanges

If, for any reason, you would like to return a purchased item, please email support@bridgeandburn.com within 7 days of receiving your package for authorization and shipping advice. All return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item has been damaged before or during delivery, or there has been some other mistake on our account. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.

Full-priced items purchased online and returned by mail are eligible for a refund as long as they are in new condition, unwashed, unworn, and have all labels and tags attached. Returned sale items are eligible for store credit or exchange only. All sale items bought using a discount code are final sale.

If you’d like to initiate an exchange, please email support@bridgeandburn.com within 7 days of receiving your package so that we may set aside the desired item(s) for exchange. For exchanges, the customer will incur the cost shipping the item(s) back to us, and we will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged item(s) to the customer.

Swimwear may be returned only if it is unworn, in original condition, with all tags and hygiene liners still attached. We recommend trying on swimwear over underwear as soiled items will not be accepted for return and will be returned to you at your own expense.

We will not take responsibility for items returned to us without us being notified first and/or items that are returned with a shipping alternative where you cannot trace the package.

We will extend our return window to accommodate returns or exchanges from purchases intended for gifting during the holiday season.

All items purchased at Bridge & Burn’s brick and mortar locations are eligible for store credit or exchange only.
