Our Doors Are Reopening In Portland

We’re reopening the doors to our brick and mortar store in downtown Portland’s Union Way on Thursday, August 6th! We take the safety of our staff and customers very seriously, which is why we’ve taken our time planning and implementing changes for the in-store experience.

Here’s a look at what you’ll find in our Portland store, and we thank you for helping us by adhering to these new precautions for everyone’s well-being.

Increased Sanitation
High-touch surfaces will be cleaned thoroughly throughout the day, and we have our store professionally cleaned on a regular basis. We’ll have hand sanitizer available throughout the store.

Face Coverings Required
Masks or adequate face coverings are required for our team and all customers. If you don’t have one, we’ll have disposable masks on hand, and reusable ones for sale.

Safe Spacing
To help everyone keep a safe 6-foot distance, we’ll have floor markings throughout the store and plastic shields at checkout.

Limited Traffic
We’ll be monitoring how many customers are in the store and limiting it to 5 customers at a time.

Updated Return Policies
In-store returns are now available for a refund if brought back unworn within 7 days. All returns will be kept on a separate rack off the floor for a full day. Please note: bodycare items and underwear are non-refundable.
