Favorite spot in Portland: There are so many! I love Cuban food, and Pambiche Cocina is one of my favorite places to grab a bite to eat. If you have not made it there you, you are missing out!
Best kept secret in Portland: Pints Brewing Company. Best pub food I have had in Portland. They have awesome craft beer as well.
