Part Time Retail Sales Associate

Role Overview:

Join the Bridge & Burn team as a part-time Sales Associate at our flagship storefront at Union Way in Downtown Portland.

Bridge & Burn is looking for a motivated and driven sales associate for our flagship retail location. The ideal candidate will be able to deliver a premium consumer experience by demonstrating a passion for the brand and culture and provide exemplary customer service, while attending to store operations in an organized and efficient manner.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Offering quality customer service experiences, with the goal of building lasting relationships with customers
• Sharing brand knowledge and communicating that message through setting and maintaining sales, customer service, and store standards and goals
• Carrying out day-to-day operations of the store
• Online order and returns processing
• Meeting sales goals
• Merchandising

Experience and Qualifications:

• 2 years apparel retail management
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Comfortable working alone and as part of a team
• An energetic interest in fashion, lifestyle brands, and being a part of a growing Portland brand

Join the Bridge & Burn team as the Retail Manager for our flagship storefront at Union Way in Downtown Portland. 

Bridge & Burn is looking for a motivated and sales-driven Store Manager for our flagship retail location. The ideal candidate will be able to deliver a premium consumer experience by demonstrating a passion for the brand and culture and providing exemplary customer service, while managing store operations in an organized and efficient manner. The Retail Store Manager is also accountable for meeting and exceeding sales goals, hiring, managing, and day-to-day leadership of retail employees, team member training and development, inventory management, sales promotion execution and merchandising.


Responsibilities:

• Leading day-to-day operations of the store
• Offering quality customer service experiences, with the goal of building lasting relationships with customers
• Sharing brand knowledge and communicating that message through setting and maintaining sales, customer service, and store standards and goals
• Effectively managing sales associate to ensure consistent customer experience
• Scheduling

• 2 years retail management
• 5 years apparel retail including both men’s and women’s with clienteling experience
• 2 years visual merchandising
