RETURN/EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY
We gladly accept returns/exchanges of full-priced items that are unworn, unwashed, and in new condition, within 30 days from delivery. 
Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

RETURNS
Refund to original payment method
The following restocking fee applies to all returns that refund to original payment.
-US Orders: $9.99
-International Orders: $19.99
This fee will be deducted from your refund once the return is processed. Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received, inspected, and approved by our team. Please allow up to 2 week for this process. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed. 

Refund to store credit
Refunds to store credit are FREE and do not incur a restocking fee.  You will also receive an extra $10 bonus in addition to the original purchase amount.  Store credit does not expire.  Store credit will be issued once the returned item is received, inspected, and approved by our team. Please allow up to 2 week for this process. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed. 

EXCHANGES
Exchanges made within the Returns Center are FREE and do not incur a restocking fee.  We only allow exchanges for a different size of the exact same original product purchased.  If you would like to exchange for a completely different product, you will need to return the original items and place a new order for the new items.  We offer a 15% discount on new purchases through the returns center during the return process.

Exchanges will be sent once the original returned item is received, inspected, and approved by our team. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the new item to be sent. You will receive a confirmation email once your exchange has been processed. You will receive a confirmation email once your exchange has been processed. 

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
If merchandise has been damaged before or during delivery, or there has been some other mistake on our account, please contact us at support@bridgeandburn.com with your order number and name.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
If an item you purchased goes on promotional discount within 7 days from your date of purchase, we will be happy to issue you a refund for the difference in price.  After that point, no further price adjustments will be honored.

BOGO (BUY X GET Y) PROMOTIONS - RETURNS
Discounts from Buy X Get Y promotions are always applied to the lowest-priced item. If you decide to return item(s) included in a Buy X Get Y promotion, the discount amount that was applied to the lowest-priced item is proportionally applied to each eligible item to determine the refund amount. The refund amount will be equal to the original price of the item reduced by the proportional discounted amount.

 Here are some examples:

  • Buy X, Get One Free: If the original price of the items included in the promotion are $30 and $20, and the $20 item was discounted to $0 (free), that means the discount amount of $20 will be spread proportionally across all items. The $30 item will be reduced by $12 and the $20 item will be reduced by $8. The original $30 item will result in a refund of $18 and the original $20 item will result in a refund of $12.

  • Buy X, Get One 50% Off: If the original price of the items included in the promotion are $30 and $20, and the $20 item was discounted 50% to $10, that means the discount amount of $10 will be spread proportionally across all items. The $30 item will be reduced by $6 and the $20 item will be reduced by $4. The original $30 item will result in a refund of $24 and the original $20 item will result in a refund of $16.
