FULFILLMENT & PROCESSING DELAYS
Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, we are currently experiencing some delays in both the fulfillment of orders and the processing of refunds on returned goods. We will accept returns of full-priced items that are unworn, unwashed, and in new condition, within 30 days from delivery. Please follow the link below to start your return authorization.
A restocking fee of $7.00 applies to all returns, which will be deducted from your refund once the return is processed. Please allow 3 weeks for us to process your return as we are a very small team working hard to get your refund out to you. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.
Full-priced items purchased online are eligible for a refund as long as they are in new condition, unwashed, unworn, and have all labels and tags attached. Sale items purchased are final sale and are not returnable. We do offer return assurance through Seel, which, for a small price, allows you to return and receive a refund on sale goods. Please see below for more information about Seel Return Assurance.
We are currently only able to accommodate exchanges based on size. If you wish to make an exchange for a different item, please return the originally purchased product(s) for a full refund or store credit and place a new order. There is no fee associated when exchanging an item for a different size. You can begin your exchange process here.
If merchandise has been damaged before or during delivery, or there has been some other mistake on our account, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and name.
All items purchased at Bridge & Burn’s brick and mortar locations are eligible for store credit or exchange only.

You’ll have the option to return eligible final sale items for a refund by adding Return Assurance at checkout. We’ll calculate the cost based on all eligible items in your cart. Some exclusions will apply.
All standard return policies apply to eligible item(s).The item(s) must be new, unworn, unwashed, in the same condition in which you received them, without any traces of perfumes or other applied scents, and in the original packaging with tags attached.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days from delivery.

Seel will provide a prepaid return shipping label. We are unable to offer free return shipping on eligible item(s) returned. We will deduct a standard $9 return shipping fee from your refund when processing the return.
Return Assurance is currently only offered on orders shipping to addresses in the United States. Please note, the cost of Return Assurance is nonrefundable.

Perfume and fragrance purchases are non-returnable and deemed as final sale.
For hygienic reasons, underwear bottoms, briefs, and boxers in both men's and women's styles are non-returnable and deemed as final sale.
Swimwear may be returned only if it is unworn, in original condition, with all tags and hygiene liners still attached. We recommend trying on swimwear over underwear as soiled items will not be accepted for return and will be returned to you at your own expense.
If an item you purchased goes on promotional discount within 7 days from your date of purchase, we will be happy to issue you a refund for the difference in price. After that point, no further price adjustments will be honored.
