Fabric Story

From British Millerain’s heritage mills in England, this mid-weight fabric has an ultra dry-wax finish with excellent weather resistant properties. Unlike traditional wax finishes, this can be machine washed without losing water repellency. It has a slightly stiff hand feel which softens with wear.

Our Small Batch pieces are made in limited quantities using custom fabrics designed exclusively by Bridge & Burn. While we occasionally restock select styles, most pieces are only produced once. So once they're gone, they're gone for good.

The Briar is a longer hooded parka in a rain-ready British Millerain waxed cotton ripstop. The waistline features an interior drawcord you can cinch for a more defined silhouette. The style also features a storm flap, split tail, flannel lining, and ample pockets.
